Preloved Stalls

The Good Buy Baby Market provides a convenient alternative for parents and care giver wishing to sell their good quality, goods specifically for children in the 0 to10 years age group.

Good Buy Baby Market offer pre loved stalls under the following guidelines.

• Goods presented for sale must strictly be pre loved goods.  Holders of more than 10% new items should see the Business Stalls Information sheet.
• Please Note: Preloved stall holders will have the choice of 2 table configurations.
  Option 1.  Full Sized Table. This is a large tabel approximately 2.5m x 0.9m, with an allocated floor space to display goods of 0.5m to the side of the table, and 0.5m to the front of the table.  3 items in the large items area.
  Stall fee of $60
  Option 2.  Half table. This stall is half a large table and is shared with another stall holder.  You are allocated table space of 1.25m x 0.9m with an allocated floor space to display goods of 0.5m to the side of the table and 0.5m to the front of the table. 3 items per stall in the large items area.
  Stall fee of $40
• The stall fee includes a table and up to 2 chairs per stall. Each preloved stall holder is permitted 1 mid sized hanging rack (B.Y.O.) to be placed in the allocated space beside your table. An area at the front of the table of approx. 0.5m can be used for display of items, though must be kept tidy throughout the duration of the market. Stall holders may be asked to remove items at the discretion of the market organisers as a matter of safety.
• Stall Holders are entitled to display 3 items in the large items area.  Please read instructions on large items in the stall holder information pack. For example, cots (collapsed), bikes, prams, high chairs.
• Goods presented on the day which do not fall into the 0 to 10 years category will be asked to be removed from sale.
• All goods sold must be clean, in good working order, include all parts (notice to buyer must be given at the time of purchase if parts are missing), include instructions and original boxes where available and fit for the purposes intended.  Good Buy Baby expect a high level of quality in goods presented for sale, and will not be held liable for any defective or faulty goods. Good Buy Baby has specified that all items should be in good working order, and as such, we will pass on stall holder details to buyers if you have knowingly sold faulty goods.
• Stall holders may run their own stall or join with friends and run a joint stall.
• A limit of 2 stalls per registration applies. If you would like to have a stall near a friend, please make a comment on the rego form, or drop us an email and let us know.
• Once your stall is confirmed, you will receive an info pack via email in the weeks leading up to the market date.  This will have information regarding market day procedures and handy hints for a successful market day.
